1. What do I need to get started?

A NextDial software license, a live Twilio account for phone numbers, your sales scripts and lead list. No Twilio yet? We guide you through opening one during onboarding.

2. How does setup work?

Connect Twilio, paste in your sales scripts, point the webhook to your CRM, place a test call, and you are live. Most agencies finish in under an hour.

3. Can you set it up for me?

Yes. Initial setup is available for a one-time fee. We setup Twilio, import your data, train your AI Agents, and do some test calls. After the setup is complete, you are responsible for managing your AI agents.

4. What if I don’t have a Twilio account?

We walk you through creating one in about five minutes. You keep full control of the billing. If you prefer, we can provision numbers for you and pass the raw cost through.

5. Which CRMs and AMS platforms do you integrate with?

Native connectors: HighLevel and HubSpot. Anything else hooks in through Zapier, webhooks, or our API.

6. Can I customize the agent for different products and states?

Yes. You control the scripts, qualifying questions, automation logic, and compliance. You can run separate agents for auto, life, commercial, employment, or Medicare.

7. Who owns compliance?

You do. We supply the CRM and the AI Voice platform, but TCPA compliance falls on your agency.

8. Will prospects know they are speaking with AI?

By default the call opens with “This is an automated assistant calling for [Your Agency].” You can edit the wording, but it's recommended to disclose that it's an AI assistant for transparency.

9. What languages do the agents support?

English and Spanish out of the box plus 20 + additional languages with our multilingual model.

10. Who owns the data?

You retain 100 % ownership of recordings, transcripts, and lead data. Export anytime.

11. Do you guarantee leads, appointments, or revenue?

No. Results depend on your list quality, offer, and follow-up. We provide the software, not the outcome.

12. What if the AI says something wrong—are you liable?

You control the prompts and monitoring. NextDial is not liable for misuse, non-compliant content, or any resulting loss.

13. What happens if I cancel?

Month-to-month terms. Submit written notice at least 30 days before your next renewal and export your data.

14. Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately with pro-rated billing.

15. Is there a refund policy?

Cancel within 14 days and we will refund the software fee (i.e. $97 / $497 / $997) depending on which plan you signed up with. However, usage charges are final and non-refundable.
